Installs:
OK, so you went ahead and bought a new computer. Maybe it's your first one or maybe it's to replace your existing
system. Are you confident to hook it up and make sure it is working properly? Perhaps you would like some
help to make sure it is hooked up right and that all the features of your new computer are working properly. I can
help you with this. Also, if this new computer is to replace your existing system you might be wondering how you
are going to go about getting your important data off your old system and on to the new one. I can help you with
that as well.

Networking:
If you have high-speed internet like DSL or COX Cable internet service, you can link all your computers together
to form a network. You can also share that high-speed internet connections with all your computers so that
they all have high-speed internet access. To do this, you may need some additional hardware (router). You may
also want to do wireless networking to avoid running cables all over the place. In any case, I can help advise
you and help implement your home or small business networking solutions.

Training:
Computers can help simplify your life, organize your important personal or business data and allow you to have
fun with music, videos, games and other applications. However, sometimes getting started can be a bit frustrating.
I would be happy to teach you the skills you need to make using your computer fun and productive. And I'll do it
right on your own computer. No need to sign up for weekly classes, or find that what works on some other computer
doesn't seem to work on your computer. If you're thinking about doing on-line banking but your afraid you'll make a
mistake and lose all your money, I can help you with that too. I'll take you step by step through whatever it is
you need or want to do with your home computer.

Tune-Up:
If you have had your computer for over a year and have been using it regularly (surfing the net, installing new programs,
downloading files or even just reading email with AOL) you may have noticed that your system is not performing the way
it used to when you first bought it. Proper maintenance and occasional tuning is necessary to keep your system
running at its optimal performance level. Keeping your operating system up to date is also necessary to help reduce
security risks. If you're thinking it's time to get a new computer because your computer is
running slow, what you may need is just a good tune-up. I may be able to bring back much of the vitality your computer
used to have when it was new and save you a lot of money ($$) over the cost of buying a new one.

Troubleshooting
If you went out and bought a new piece of hardware and tried to install it your self or even had them
install it for you and now your computer does not seem
to be working right, or if you think you have a virus, spy-ware, ad-ware or mal-ware that is bogging down your computer, or if
you have applications that are just not working right or are crashing your system, you might want to have this checked out.
If your computer suddenly won't boot up and you don't want to tear it all down and bring into a shop to have it looked at,
I can review with you the problems you are having and explain to you and walk through with you some possible solutions to
help fix your hardware, software or operating system troubles.
